California Trim Clinic (“CTC,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides access to wellness services including but not limited to telemedicine-based medical weight loss, peptide therapy, and body contouring. CTC enables users to coordinate with licensed clinicians for services delivered remotely or in person. CTC itself does not provide medical care but operates in partnership with independent, licensed healthcare professionals.

1. Medical Services Disclaimer
CTC provides administrative and technological services to help users connect with licensed clinicians. We are not a medical group and do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All medical services, including prescriptions, are provided by independently contracted healthcare professionals (“Providers”) licensed in your state.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency or mental health crisis, do not use our services. Call 911 or visit an emergency room immediately.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to use our services. If you’re seeking medical weight loss for a teen or young adult under 18, a parent or legal guardian must participate in the evaluation and care process. Some treatments may only be available to individuals over 21. By using our site, you confirm that you:
- Are located in a U.S. state where CTC operates
- Are using services for yourself or a minor under your care (with appropriate permissions)
- Agree to these Terms
3. Service Overview
Our services may include:
- Online access to licensed healthcare providers

- Treatment plans, including weight loss injections and compounded peptides
- Fulfillment of prescriptions through licensed, U.S.-based compounding pharmacies
- Body sculpting and cryoskin services
- Digital tools for appointment scheduling, payment processing, and health tracking
4. Compounded Peptides and GLP-1 Medications
CTC offers access to compounded medications, including peptides and GLP-1-based therapies such as semaglutide, tirzepatide, and retatrutide. These are prepared by FDA-registered U.S. compounding pharmacies using pharmaceutical-grade ingredients.
CTC does not manufacture, label, or resell medications. All prescriptions are issued based on clinical suitability and at the sole discretion of the Provider.
5. No Insurance Accepted
CTC operates on a cash-pay model. We do not accept private insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid. You are responsible for the full cost of your care and medications. Reimbursement through HSA/FSA is not guaranteed and should be verified by you directly.
6. Privacy and Security
Your privacy is important to us. All health information shared through CTC is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We comply with HIPAA where applicable.
7. Refunds and Treatment Availability
Treatment availability may change due to supply, clinical criteria, or Provider discretion. In the event of unavailable services, you may request:
- A switch to a clinically appropriate alternative
- A prorated refund based on unused portions of prepaid services
Refunds are subject to review and are not guaranteed.
8. Disclaimers and Limitations
CTC makes no guarantees regarding treatment outcomes. All services are provided “as is.”
We are not responsible for:

- Delays due to shipping or pharmacy fulfillment
- Services interrupted by internet or third-party platforms
9. Arbitration and Legal Terms
Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with California law. By using our services, you waive any right to participate in class actions.
