  • Eligibility: Returns are only accepted for unopened, unused, and undamaged products within 14 days of purchase.
  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
  • Non-Returnable Items: For safety and regulatory reasons, opened or partially used medications cannot be returned.

Return Process

  1. Contact our clinic via phone, email, or in person to initiate a return request.
  2. Provide your order details and reason for return.
  3. Our staff will guide you through the next steps and coordinate with the pharmacy that dispensed the medication.

Important Notice – Clinic as Middleman

California Trim Clinic serves as a facilitator between patients and the licensed pharmacies that provide medications. While we are happy to assist in forwarding any concerns, issues, or return requests to the pharmacy, please note:

  • The final decision regarding returns, exchanges, or refunds rests with the dispensing pharmacy.
  • California Trim Clinic cannot override pharmacy policies or guarantee outcomes.
  • We act solely as an intermediary to ensure your concerns are communicated promptly and effectively.

Refunds

  • Refunds, if approved by the pharmacy, will be processed according to their policies.
  • California Trim Clinic will notify you once the pharmacy has confirmed the resolution.
